Inter-Coder Agreement — reliability metrics for collaborative coding

When more than one researcher codes the same data, you need a way to show the coding is consistent, not just convenient. This screen computes pairwise agreement between coders and reports both Cohen's Kappa (for two coders) and Krippendorff's Alpha (for teams of any size), broken down per code so you can see exactly where coders diverge, not just an overall score. That per-code breakdown is what turns agreement from a number you report once into a working tool: team leads can spot a specific code definition that's ambiguous and clarify it before it undermines the whole dataset. Reliability statistics computed here are ready to cite in a methods section alongside the project dashboard, which tracks coding progress across the whole team.
